EXTENDED HOURS SURGERY
The practice provides access to ROUTINE appointments to registered patients as an additional surgery from 6.30 - 8.15pm on Monday evenings. This is intended to improve access for patients who are unable to come to the surgery during routine surgery time, ie 8.00am - 6.30pm.
In line with the guidance from the Department of Health and Walsall Teaching PCT:
1. All appointments will be offered in advance
2. No home visits
will be done
3. No phone calls will be taken
4. No emergency appointments will be offered
5. No drop-in patients will be seen
